INTRODUCTION TO MY BLOG

FISH CUTLET 





INGREDENTS

1 Fish
2 Ginger 1 tablespoon
3 Garlic 1 tablespoon
4 Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
5 Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
6 Salt
7 Vinegar 1 tablespoon
8 Water
9 Onion
10Potatoes
11 Curry leaves
12 Oil
13 Eggs
14 Bread crumbs
15 Green chili


METHOD

1 To make fish cutlets take some fresh fish you can take any fish then add 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon of pepper powder 1 tablespoon of vineger water  and some salt to taste mix it well and cooked for 10 minutes.

2 After the water is evaporated then just give a nice mix and allow it to could down then remove fish from the bones 

3 Take 2 onions and chopped them finely green chili curry leaves and and 1 tablespoon of ginger and also boil 2 to 3 potatoes.

4 Now take a pan put 3 tablespoon of oil add finely sliced onions green chili ginger and then curry leaves now mix it well and allow it to cook till it becomes golden brown you can use any oil once the onion starts to turn brown put the flame on the lowest 

5 Then add the fish lightly crumble it with your finger and mix it well and then add mashed potatoes  then mix it well then add a 1/2 tablespoon of pepper powder vinegar and finally add some salt to taste allow it to could

6 Now breakdown if there is any potatoes with your fingers then take small portion and roll it into a boll and make it into an any shape now deep each one into an beaten egg then into a bread crumbs and deep fry them into an hot oil then it is ready to serve.
