SOYA CHUNK MANCHURIAN




INGREDENTS

1 Hot water
2 Soak soya shunks
3 Salt
$ Red chili powder
5 Ginger paste
6 Garlic paste
7 Maida 1/4 cup
8 Tomato ketchup
9 Vinegar
10 Soya saurce
11 Onion
12 Corn flour
13 White pepper powder
14 green chili


METHOD

1 First soak the soya chunks 15 minutes and drain the water out and leave it aside then take a bowl add 2 tablespoon of of soya saurce  vinegar green chili saurce  and then put some water and mix it well

2 Now take the soak soya chunks add salt ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup of maida 1/2 cup of corn flour and mix them well with your hands and deep fry them with hot oil

3 Then take a pan put 4 tablespoon of oil and put the onion and fry them till it becomes golden brown then add 1/2 spoon of ginger garlic paste salt to taste then finally add all the mixed saurces and stir it well then finally put fried soya and then its ready to taste
